1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NotebookLM Connect (the "Service"), provided by nlmconnect.com ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
NotebookLM Connect is an independent software product. NotebookLM™ is a trademark of Google LLC. NotebookLM Connect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
2. Description of Service
NotebookLM Connect is a browser extension and web platform designed to facilitate the export of notes, summaries, and chat content from Google's NotebookLM to various formats and external platforms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
Refunds: Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose. To request a refund, please contact us at support@nlmconnect.com or contact Paddle directly.
5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us at support@nlmconnect.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to Paddle (our Merchant of Record) via their buyer support at paddle.net.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access features you have not paid for.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall nlmconnect.com, its operator, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
