By accessing or using NotebookLM Connect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NotebookLM Connect is a browser extension and web platform designed to facilitate the export of notes, summaries, and chat content from Google's NotebookLM to various formats and external platforms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless legally required.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access features you have not paid for.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location. NotebookLM Connect is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotebookLM Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
